NIB, unopened tube. This Icon Mascara sounds fabulous! I’ve loved all the Il Makiage products I’ve tried and I bet this one would be the same. For eyes to bat your way out of a parking ticket. No clue how it happened but it obviously doesn’t impact the mascara.
