High Waist Skirt Preppy ZCavarichi 1980 Style all cotton skirt from Express Store in 1985. Wonderful side Pockets, high waisted fit w/ foldover fabric that covers belt loop. Classic style was to wear this with thin belt which could be seen underneath. Accentuated waistline. Cute skirts unique in Safari Khaki w/ matching buttons. Measures Waist: 31 1/4 inches measured along at top button (not including 3 buttons on fold over part). About 21 inches long.
