This is a size 0, black, Express Design Studio Skirt, 24" from Waist to Hem, and is 13" across Waist. It is fitted and flattering, and zips on the size. The fabric is 77% Rayon, 20% Nylon, and 3% Lycra, so it is a bit stretchy. There is a Slit in the back, and criss-cross ribbon embellishments on the small of the back. very vlassy and very cute! Barely worn.
