High Waisted Lace Shorts

NWOT, never been worn. All black lace over solid fabric, lace and underneath fabric are stretchy. Two side pockets. Labeled as size small. Waistband from side to side is 13", can stretch to 14.5". Front rise is 11.5", back rise is 15". Hip side to side is 16' unstretched. I could stretch it to 19".
