High Waisted Strapless Open Back Romper

Super cute strapless, high waisted, chambray romper. It has a self tie bow and an open back. The opening is approximately 7x7". It's hard to see in the picture, but the tag says it's a size large. It's a juniors large. Measurements are below. Waist: 16" Tube top opening: 16" Tube top stretched: 19.5" Top to waist: 10.25" Waist to bottom: 14.25" 100% Cotton. Hand wash. Lay flat to dry.
