High Waisted Wide Leg Old Navy Jeans 6P

Have only tried on after ordering online. Unfortunately, these just aren’t a fit for me. Size is 6P or 6Short. Please see all photos and zoom in/ask questions if needed. As mentioned, these have only been tried on. I noticed a small, what looks like pen mark on the bottom back of the right leg (see last photo). Only other thing is they do have the jagged bottom edges as advertised but there aren’t any knee or leg distressed holes as shown in Old Navy’s advertised photo. Not sure why.
