High end necklace by the Kiam family (Lia Sophia)

The Kiam collection (within the Lia Sophia fashion jewelry company) is the higher end collection personally design by the founder's family members. Always beautiful pieces. The center piece is heavy and looks like a tigers eye stone. The gold tone necklace is substantial and not at all cheaply made.
