High low cold shoulder dress XS

Gorgeous high low cold shoulder style dress with front flounce, adjustable straps. zipper in back. red with white flower print. size XS, not sure if it's a misses or juniors size. Made by the brand Rewind, 100 % rayon. bust is approx: 15" waist is approx : 12" front middle bust down to front middle hem is approx : 24" top back down to hem 43" does have a little give to it. no visible holes, stains etc.
