High low dress 👗

Black and white print hi-low dress with neon yellow design for the back. One of the neon straps came a loose so I stitched it back together but other than that it’s in pretty good condition. It had a neon strap to tie around the waist but I don’t know where it is. Hopefully I’ll find it. PRICE IS FIRM PLEASE READ DISCLAIMER BEFORE PURCHASING‼️
