High low floral skirt

High low floral printed skirt with lining. The band is elastic and there are ties with little bells that jingle when you walk. The lining is not elastic and does ride up when you sit. The skirt is not see through at all and is great with a fitted shirt and wedges. A lot of compliments when worn. This sits at the waist. I am 5’7 and the front is 2 inches above my knees and the back is half way down my calves. Very flowy when walking.
