High low, flowy dress, beautiful patterns, flattering top with rose detailing

Very comfy, fits size 0/XS best, and fits petite sizes and regular sizes. Worn only a few times! No rips or tears! Minor stains on inside bust area (see image). Shorter soft navy skirt lining the inside. Nice snug fit at the top ensures it won’t slip, but very comfy and stretchy material.
