High low skirt

This high low skirt is gorgeous with its floral print. Gives off an earthy/Japanese look. As shown in the pictures above. On each side of the skirt is a rip in the seam, can easily be fixed with a needle and thread. I just don't have the time and patience to do it. Only been worn once.
