High low skirt with elastic waistband size M/L

One of my favorite pieces! This is a real statement skirt that goes with so much! The last picture captures the color best. It’s mid thigh length in the front and drops to floor length in the back. It has a cute foe wrap layer in the front. That can be worn to the side or in the center for a more dramatic look.
