High low tulip hemline maxi dress faux wrap blue XXL

This dress has a short liner and a tulip hemline. It’s high low so short in front and long in the back, it has a faux wrap design with a tie in the front and stretchy band across the back, the straps are adjustable and the sleeve is a flutter style thats worn off the shoulder. There is a stitch in the chest holding the sides together which is a nice touch to keep everything in place
