High low women’s dress with flowy bottom

This dress is very flattering. Flowy bottom with high rise on sides and slightly longer in the back than in the front. Measurements: From shoulder to bottom of front: 30” From shoulder to bottom of back: 33” From shoulder to bottom side: 28” Sleeves shoulder to end: 22” V-neck line: 7” Brand tag was removed and unfortunately I cannot remember who made this.
