High neck Ann Taylor with gem and bow detail sz XS

Beautiful high neck Ann Taylor top. Back zip. Longer length. Looks great with a wide belt. Bow has velvet detail with sewn in gems. Everything is sewn in and not connected with a pin. It doesn't droop this way when on. Great with jeans or dressed up!
