High neck Prom Dress

This a lovely and comfortable prom dress. Only worn once at Prom, and is in great condition. The dresses top half is a high neck with gold detailing, while the bottom half is an oil-slick blue. The only problem that a potential buyer might face is that the length of the dress was altered. I am 4’10” and the dresses new length is only enough to scrape the ground when I wear it. If you are much taller than I am, you might have to alter the dress to be a high-low or short prom dress. Thank you!
