High neck floral pleated top

High neck floral Maurices top with neck tie. Black base with lightly colored pink, white and green pastel florals. Shirt is pleated in front at top and flows outward losing pleats as material goes downward toward hemline. High neck with keyhole in front. Front is sheer, but has black lining underneath.
