High neck maxi dress

This dress is such a beautiful shade of blue. It features high neck with a fit and flare bodice. The fabric is heavy which allows it to lay and flow beautifully. I wore this one time for a rehearsal dinner and added a belt to it, I got so many compliments. Some discoloration as shown in the last photo. Marked as a size small, very stretchy, can fit small, medium, and probably large.
