High neck sleeveless blue dress with pockets!

Royal blue dress in very good condition. Pockets on front are super cute with turquoise piping. Pretty gold zipper on back. Worn only a handful of times. Important note: dress should have 2 buttons on each pocket but bought without them and it's still cute! You could sew on buttons if wanted. To give you an idea of how it fits: I am typically a size 6/8, wear Large in juniors, and Small/Medium in womens. Dress hits 4-5 inches above my knees. I'm 5'3", 36C, about 145lbs, more athletic build.
