High rise white shorts

These shorts are NWT and meant to be high-waisted. They’re size small but the waistband stretches so they could possibly fit a medium. The hem, along with the seam of the pockets and waistband, is frayed. They’re very cute and I hate to give them up but they’re a little too big for me. If you need measurements let me know.
