High rise wide leg dress pants

*Please read full description!* -These are a true white, wide leg pants with functional buttons and pockets -NWT -No holes -Stretchy waist band -Slightly sheer, I would suggest wearing something underneath -Some stains. I bought these from TJ Maxx with these black stains (I'm assuming from the floor) with the intent to hem them. I'm 5'3" and these are long on me! I never got around to hemming. These stains are on the last pictures on bottom legs of pants. They may come off in the wash. Please let me know if you have questions regarding the stains!
