High tie neck green and white polka dot maxi dress

The mannequin that I use for my items is rather small so the items may appear smaller than they are due to me clipping excess fabric back so you can really see what the pieces are supposed to look like so make sure you refer to the sizes listed as apposed to only how they may appear in the photos on the mannequin.
