High to low DRESS

This is an INCREDIBLY soft and stretchy material!! It has elastic around the waist to give you a nice shape, and this part is super stretchy too. It has a halter top sort of style with a keyhole at the neck. The back goes all the way down and is long, but it's shorter in the front for a more flirty and cute look. Super soft and comfy! 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Some may argue that it is a very very dark navy, but I say it's black.
