High waist leggings

Banded high waist leggings. Like new condition worn once. Perfect condition. Looks more like dress pants. Great for any type of wear, work, school, office, casual, dress. I'm a size 0 and too small, will fit sizes 2-4 est, and probably even 5 since they are stretchy.
