High waisted Anthropologie skirt💕

Size 4 but this is a 27” waist and very fitted! I wore this for an office job and now I work in fitness so I’m getting rid of my office clothes. This sold to a previous posher who couldn’t fit into it so she cut off the size tag then reported that I gave the wrong size. If you look in my previous listing for this item the size tag is shown as a size 4.
