@ortegama2016 I added measurements and the fabric/care tags to the photos. The waist stretched to around 22 inches.
The poly-blend fabric has a silky smooth feeling on the outside and the inner layer feels kind of like a thick jersey weave. It is reasonably lightweight, but not as thin as a linen or thin jersey fabric.
