annkelsey I think they run a little on the smaller side. Their size chart says a size 7 is 28 in waist and 38 in hips. I'm usually around a 28 or 29 inch waist (size 8/10, sometimes 12) depending on the brand. They have quite a bit of stretch, but they were super tight on my legs and butt so I think I should have sized up. Hopefully that helps a little!
