High waisted pleated skirt

I never got around to wearing this skirt, but it’s really cute. Plus it’s super well-made…the fabric has a slight stretch and the skirt has a side zip with a hook-and-eye closure at the top. The waistband is about 19.5" across when laid flat. The fabric is a nice crepe-sort of material (there are no fabric contents tags in the skirt but based on other items I have from Shein, I'd say this is something like 95% polyester 5% elastane).
