High waisted polka dot workout capris

So cute! High waisted, a beautiful dark navy and purple polka dot pattern. Capri length. There used to be a mint colored tie at the waist that has been removed, but this does not affect the fit at all (I just hated the tie polling through my workout shirts). Worn a few times, in like new condition
