High waisted suit skirt peplum hem

Beautiful high waisted Talbots suit skirt with sort of peplum style bottom. The pattern on this skirt is black and white with some lavender throughout. Very subtle beautiful colors. Amazing feminine piece for the office. Tag states this is a size 2 but the waist measures approx 15” laying flat so I am listing this is TTS 6! Crazy how sizes can vary so much but I included a picture of the measurement on the waist to show how I measured laying flat. Great length as well at approx 22”
