High-Low Midi Dress

This gently worn high-low dress is the ultimate party dress. It's strapless but has a no slip grip lining around the top. The sequins stop about mid-waist where the flow-y black sheer fabric starts. There is a solid black slip underneath. Sequin section is about 9 inches long and then the "skirt" portion is 18 inches long in front and about 30 inches long in back. Waist is elastic.
