High-Low Shirt Dress

100% Polyester No Stretch Scoop Neck Dress with Wide Cuffed Short Sleeves 1 Pocket The dress originally had small loops for a belt but I had cut them off to wear the dress loose. I still have the original belt it came with. Gold chain link with black tassels. The loops were very small to help in holding it in place. Without the belt they looked like ears sticking out so that's why I cut them off. Selling the dress only, but if you would like the belt let me know and I can add it in BIN #03
