High-Low Space Wrap Skort

I purchased this trippy boutique-brand skort from Modcloth years ago and maybe wore it once. I don’t give this piece enough love, so I’m hoping someone else will do it justice! This skort has a chiffon-like feel to it and is lined with shorts underneath to prevent any accidental flashing! ;) Condition: Like new, no known flaws. Sizing: Size medium, runs true to size.
