The only imperfection is shown in the third picture. The plastic part in the back can poke up a little bit. Doesn't touch or hurt the skin and can't see when your hair is down. It wasn't a big deal for me so I didn't fix it.

@krystaldl13 yes! you can see an underneath slip that goes below the butt and the rest is relatively sheer!
