I think these are NWOT because I don’t ever remember wearing them. These shorts have a high-waisted fit and are covered with black lace. They are fully lined. Perfect for going out in the summer! 95% cotton, 5% spandex. With the garment lying flat, the top of the waist is about 13” across, and just above the pockets is about 15” across. These are worn high on the waist.
