High-Waisted Black Leggings

High-waisted leggings with mesh detailing above and below the knee. These were purchased from an online boutique in 2017 so unfortunately there's no info on the tag, but the suppliers are the same suppliers that Francesca's and Altar'd State use. The high waistband is flattering with some stretch but it's not as stretchy as a spandex material. I assume it's a blend of polyester or nylon. I'd describe the fabric as cool and smooth rather than soft and cozy.
