High-Waisted Circle Eyelet Skirt + Pockets

Super pretty olive green circle skirt with eyelet scalloped hem and pockets! Hobbs is a lovely British brand. The skirt measures 16” flat across the waist and 26” from waist time to hem. It is labeled a size 10 but it fits more like a size 6. Has belt loops with a fabric belt/sash and secures with a zipper down the back.
