Highest Heel Collection black suede heels. Almost like an open toe bootie. With buttons going up the middle from the keyhole for the toes up the foot. There are 4 loops and buttons (does not actually open the shoe but gives the appearance). That area is satin. About an 5in heel. There is a little west on the sole and there is some stretch in the foot opening but in great condition. There is an extra set of soles for the heels included
