High-low Hem dress

High-low hem with adjustable straps. Longer in the back and shorter in the front. The label came off due to dryer. It is a small (though fits like a medium, roomy) and I forgot the brand for this. Cute dress for any occasion, no tears or stains. In great condition with vibrant color still. Color is mixture of shiny green/blue.
