High-low blue dress

This is a CUSTOM-MADE high-low blue dress with a white sash that is not removable! However, the bow in the back can be changed to whatever shape you would like! This dress has only been worn once and is in perfect condition. It is close to a size 2 in dress size. The dress is made from chiffon and lined with satin.
