High-low blue macrame patchwork dress

This dress has white and blue, the picture just makes the white not look so bright because of the white background. But it is knee length or slightly above in front and has a ruffle that goes across top with little fringe at the bottom, all kinds of blue patterns in a patchwork design, you can see in pic the white lace extends front one shoulder to other above the tag.
