High-necked blouse from designer hinge, size small, worn 3x

This beautiful winter blouse has a high neckline, secured by buttons on the back-side. There are some ruffles at the neckline, above the breast line, and along the wrist cuffs. The pattern is a beautiful fall and winter floral pattern. The base of the blouse is black. Flowers are lavender and mauve and dark pink, with leaves of white and olive color. I only wore this blouse three times as I have grown out of this during Covid and am not planning to return to work. This top is basically like new!
