High-waist cotton shorts in white/blue stripe (S)

These are high-waisted blue and white cotton shorts in a size Small. There is a belt that can be worn with it, or not! They are to be machine washed cold on a gentle cycle, and tumble dried on low. There is a zipper-side, a self-tied belt and 2 side pockets. The fabric is not thick, it is thin and good for hot summer days. They fit size 0-2, waist 24-25, hip 35-43. They’ve never been worn, and I forgot to return them, so here they are!
