Hill House Home Matilda Dress Navy Peony Cotton Sateen size S blue

Worn once, washed cold on gentle cycle and hung dry once (no heat has EVER been used). Only hung by sleeves for picture, elastic still in tact. Loose thread by zipper (see picture), not visible when on but figured I would disclose just in case ☺️ Please let me know if you have any questions
