Hill House home rare tartan flannel plaid Caroline nap dress with smocking green

Reposhing this item I purchased from @thelazyfox. Lovely dress and a rare find, but it runs pretty big and overwhelmed my frame. Would fit a Small or maybe even a Medium (depending on how loose you like it.) In good condition otherwise.
