Elegant flared black voile evening skirt. Polyester voile with an acetate lining. Flat front waistband with a zippered slightly gathered back waistband. A line style. Labelled size 14 but I would size it as a 10. Waist measures 30" with elastic relaxed and can expand up to 34" Length measures 41" from top of waistband. Timeless skirt. Excellent condition.
