This Dress is Like new, Teal w/ Hawaiian Monsterra Leaves & Plumeria Flower, Hilo Hattie’s Dress. The main body of the dress has slits on either side, going up 12" from the bottom. There are 3 panels attached at the shoulders. Two in the front, & one in the back. The panels give the dress much flow & life. Made in Hawaii. Gently used. I removed the tags at the neck because they were bothering me. Sorry.
