Hi-lo white dress

Hi-low ethereal white dress with silver detail on the top. There is a short slip on the bottom with a flowing hi-low cover. Strapless detail has band to help keep dress up. Small portion of the non-slip material needs to be sewn back on(as pictured). Bra padded inserts attached to top. Cute for an event or Halloween costume.
