Hi-low Top W/Sheer Patterned Overlay

Top is hard to describe but very unique and beautiful! It has a silky sleeveless shirt which I believe is dark navy but my husband believes is black. A sheer patterned overlay, with dark blue, royal blue, taupe, and black, is attached. It is gathered at the neckline, slit up the front, and floats freely. Front of overlay is shorter than the back, and there are small sparkles/sequins scattered on the front.
